TESTIMONIALS
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Penny, a running coach based in Glasgow. My love for running started in Cumbria as a child, and after moving to Glasgow for university, I became a Jog Leader with the fantastic Glasgow FrontRunners. I earned my coaching qualification from Scottish Athletics and am currently pursuing Level 4 Elite PT and Level 4 RSPH Nutrition to enhance my coaching expertise.
I run anything from 5k to Ultra Marathons, with a standout adventure being one of the only people to run the Hebridean Way unsupported.
Beyond running, I have a love for travel, exploring places like Nepal, Ecuador and New Zealand.
In 2018, I also qualified as a Nurse, with experience in Orthopedic Trauma and a recent role in the community, working with asylum seekers.
I strongly believe in a balanced approach to life, ensuring that training plans complement, not dominate, your passions, whether that be family, friends, travel, work, or simply enjoying a good night out!
